Biography
Sarah is passionate about transforming people, processes, and organizations through human resources initiatives that support organizational objectives. She enjoys practical and theoretical approaches for individual and organizational transformation to achieve competitive advantage.
Working collaboratively with senior leadership, human resources departments, and management, Sarah facilitates turning business strategies into organizational capabilities. These capabilities, the collective skills, abilities, and expertise of an organization, are the outcome of investments in human resources—talent management, training, compensation, communication, and other practices. They represent the ways that people and resources are brought together to accomplish work.
During her 13 years of in-house HR and business consulting experience, Sarah has focused on performance management, management training, team development, and international assignments. She has developed a clear perspective on organizational change that builds on individual and organizational competencies. Her experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean quality tools to improve HR process and service delivery models has been invaluable as she provides strategic advisory and consulting services to organizations.
She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Twin Cities Human Resources Association (TCHRA), WorldatWork, and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
