I wanted to share with you how impressed I have been with the services that you and your team have provided to Pro Staff since you took over as our broker on July 1, 2004. Your service to us has been outstanding! You have seen every issue from beginning to end and your follow-up skills have been amazing! During our renewal period this year, we really appreciated your continuous phone calls to see what you could do to help us have a successful renewal period. All of the carrier changes that you and your team assisted us with were transitioned very quickly. Thank you for helping us have a very successful renewal period!
Additionally, Pro Staff had a lot of changes that we wanted to consider for the 2005 renewal. You and your team continuously came to renewal meetings prepared with not only information that we requested, but often you went up and beyond what was requested and brought us additional renewal information to look at that would help us to reduce costs, but at the same time provide a great benefit plan to our employees.
In the past I have had difficulty with brokers working directly with carriers to resolve issues in a timely manner. Your willingness to work directly with the carriers on outstanding issues has relieved me so that I have time to focus on other things. One of many examples that comes to mind is the outstanding certificate booklet issues with the disability carrier. I had been working with the carrier for 3 years to try and resolve the issue and once you took it over it was resolved quickly and accurately!
I appreciate that you treat us like we are your number one priority even though I know you have many other clients to service. You and your team have truly raised the bar! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!
