Minneapolis, August 28, 2006 - RJF Account Executive named Minnesota's 2006 Outstanding CSR of the Year

The Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) and the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) announced, Lisa Folta, an account executive with RJF Agencies, Inc., is the 2006 Outstanding Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year recipient for the state of Minnesota. This award is celebrated yearly in each state. Out of 34 candidates, Folta was one of five finalists for the national 2006 Outstanding CSR of the Year award. 

To qualify for this top state honor, Folta submitted the winning essay on the topic: "Three Great Ways for a CSR to Build Good Relationships with Company Underwriters," and individually demonstrated outstanding service and professionalism within the insurance community. 

"I am deeply humbled and honored to be recognized as Minnesota's 2006 Outstanding CSR of the Year, as well as a national finalist. I feel privileged to join  the ranks of previous winners for this prestigious award and want to give special recognition and thanks for the support of my outstanding and talented colleagues and underwriters. Without their help, trust and guidance I would not be able to do my job successfully. I would also like to thank RJF Agencies for allowing me to work for such a great company."

Folta began her insurance career at RJF Agencies in 1997. Over the past eight years she worked in various service capacities: certificate processor, program director, customer service representative and finally as an account executive.  Folta services large commercial accounts. She is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (SCIC) and the Certified Risk Managers International (CRMI). Folta attained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2000, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2003, and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) in 2005.
