Minneapolis, August 18, 2006 - RJF Agencies one of the best employers in Minnesota for second straight year
The Business Journal of the Twin Cities today named RJF Agencies as one of the best employers to work for in Minnesota for the second year in a row. More than 200 companies were nominated for the award, 45 of which were honored with the distinction of being included in the newspaper's Great Places to Work list.
An independent research company surveyed employees at each of the nominated companies to learn about their workplace perceptions. Researchers then quantified the results and ranked the companies. The top 20 small companies (10 - 100 Minnesota employees), top 15 medium companies (101 - 1,000 Minnesota employees) and top 10 large companies (more than 1,000 Minnesota employees) were then named to the distinguished list.

"There's a lot of talk nowadays about how executives can make a company's culture strong and healthy. But any executive's role in this is extremely limited we hire the best and brightest people, and provide some direction.
