CONTINGENT INCOME DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
RJF Agencies may enter into arrangements with certain insurance carriers that provide compensation in addition to commission or fees paid to RJF Agencies. This compensation is referred to as profit sharing or contingent income. For our Property Casualty Division, this is based primarily upon underwriting profitability and/or premium volume of the aggregate of all premium and losses of all clients written through such carriers. For our Employee Benefit Division, this is based primarily upon membership growth.
