We are currently recruiting candidates for an awesome opportunity:
Health Management Consultant - Employer Services, Full-Time
This person is responsible for coordinating health management program content and guiding program implementation. Tasks include: Conducting client assessments and data analysis, educating clients on available options to meet their health management goals, coordinating services with health/wellness vendors, facilitating client committee meetings, constructing service proposals and reports and daily servicing of accounts.
Success in this position requires 3+ years experience in coordinating and managing worksite health promotion programs; excellent interpersonal and client relationship building skills; strong written, verbal and resentation skills; strong organizational skills; the ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables; self-directed and able to work independently; effective problem-solving and resolution skills; and a can-do attitude. Knowledge of or experience working in the health insurance industry and knowledge of or training in Intrinsic Coaching® is a plus.
