Employee Benefits Account Executive
We are seeking an individual to join our dynamic Employee Benefits group. In this exciting role, you’ll be a key go-to person for RJF customers. Our Account Executives are responsible for the coordination and implementation of benefit plan renewals for clients, review of plan documents and contracts, mitigation of service and enrollment issues, and maintenance of successful client and carrier relationships. You’ll also work closely with our customers holding individual policies.
(Whew! Don’t worry – it doesn’t all need to happen in one day.)
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, demonstrated success in a customer-focused role, great communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment. A Wisconsin life/health insurance license, one to three years of agency or human resources experience, and a college degree preferred.
