Biography

Dawn has spent her entire career involved with insurance, with much of that time involving effectively managing claims from inception to resolution. Her extensive experience as a senior claims representative and claims manager earlier in her career has prepared her well for her role as claims manager at RJF.
   
Dawn specializes in workers’ compensation claims. She has handled claims from both the insurance company and employer sides of the table, which gives her a powerful perspective that few people possess. Dawn is committed to getting the most favorable outcome possible for her clients and works diligently with insurance carriers and others toward that goal. She works closely with loss prevention, health management, and carrier claims specialists.

Dawn is actively involved with professional organizations and boards that help her to continually develop her skill set to provide exemplary service to her clients. She is also fully fluent in Spanish.
