Concealed Carry in Wisconsin
Wisconsin has passed legislation that permits licensed and trained individuals to carry a concealed weapon. The bill, which will take effect Nov. 1, 2011, also allows people to carry loaded, uncased guns in their vehicles.
The Personal Protection Act, Senate Bill 93, provides employers with immunity from weapons-related incidents occurring in the workplace only if the employer allows employees to carry concealed weapons into the workplace.
