MINNEAPOLIS
CLAIMS LIAISON
We are currently seeking an individual to join our property & casualty claims team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, claims consultants, and account representatives to report property, general liability, and auto claims.
The Claims Liaison receives claims from clients, corresponds with carriers, and follows-up on outstanding issues. This role is critical to our clients. In it, you will be a key member of our claims team. Additionally, this role generates multiple reports on a monthly basis.
Success in this role requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or relevant experience
- Highly detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal and a high sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Prior experience and success operating in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and team members
- Proficiency in MS office applications required
- Knowledge of commercial insurance is preferred
MINNEAPOLIS
CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – MANAGEMENT LIABILITY GROUP (MLG) AND SURETY
We are currently seeking an individual to fill a full-time position within our management liability and surety group. This person is responsible for providing support to management liability and surety client executives in the marketing, renewal, and servicing of accounts. This includes preparing applications for submission, constructing proposals, and processing binders and invoices. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, solid customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and demonstrated initiative.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES:
- High school diploma is required; college degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred
- Experience in commercial insurance industry is required
- Prior general office experience required
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency
- Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with peers
- Familiarity and knowledge of computer systems and operations is required
- Property and casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain.
MINNEAPOLIS
SALES INTERN
RJF’s Sales Intern opportunity is available for the summer of 2012. It provides a student with the opportunity to experience business-to-business sales in a solution-sale environment.
For approximately 10 weeks, the Sales Intern works under the direction of the sales leaders to review prospect data, prepare reports, populate the company’s CRM system, and participate in other pre-sale activities.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES:
This opportunity is open to students pursuing a degree in entrepreneurship, marketing, or a related field, entering their senior year. Candidates must be interested in a career in sales.
